"I’m usually hesitant about buying baby..."
I’m usually hesitant about buying baby stuff secondhand because the last thing I want is to save a little money and end up with something unsafe or not worth it. I really liked that they check for recalls and safety issues before listing items. It made me feel a lot more comfortable taking the chance. Everything arrived clean, matched the description, and felt like a smart way to avoid overpaying for new gear. I’d definitely use them again.

"Quick help, surprisingly"
They got back to me fast and fixed my issue, which was great. I was kind of frustrated at first, but then it was sorted out so quickly that I didn’t really have much to complain about. So yeah, good experience overall, I guess.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
The item showed up fine, but the box was banged up and there wasn’t much padding inside, which surprised me. That part was weird, especially since it’s baby gear and I expected it to be packed a little more securely. Nothing was damaged, thankfully, but the packaging definitely could use some improvement

"Decent offer, faster payout than expected"
I had mixed feelings going in, but it ended up being smooth. The offer felt fair for what I sent in, even though part of me still wondered if I could’ve gotten a little more selling it myself. The payout came way faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. It wasn’t anything super exciting, but also I really appreciated how simple it was. I’d probably use GoodBuy Gear again...

"Such an easy baby gift option"
I’ve bought a few things from GoodBuy Gear as baby gifts now, it’s been so convenient. The items showed up clean and in nice shape, like, nice enough that I felt totally fine wrapping them up and giving them. It’s way less stressful than wandering around a store trying to guess what someone needs. And being able to find good brands for less is a big win.

"Refund eventually came through, but I wasn’t totally sure at first"
I had to return something, and the refund did end up going through, but it took a little longer than I expected. For a bit I was wondering if I was being impatient or if I should be worried, so I ended up following up more than once. Customer service did respond, just not as quickly as I’d hoped. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, and GoodBuy Gear seems fine, but I do wish the refund process had felt a bit smoother and less uncertain...

"Straightforward returns, which I appreciated"
I was a bit hesitant about ordering used baby stuff online, mostly because I’ve had returns with other sites turn into a whole headache. So before buying anything, I checked the return policy first, it seemed fair and easy to follow.

The return window and steps were clear enough that I felt comfortable placing the order. Compared to a few places I’ve shopped before, this felt way less stressful and not like they were trying to hide a bunch of fine print

I got a baby bouncer and at first glance my brain went, “Okay, clean enough.” It was mostly fine, but once I looked a little closer, there was some dust tucked in the corners and a small spot on the fabric. Nothing gross or alarming, just enough that I didn’t feel right using it right away without wiping it down. Overall it was okay, but I do think they should give items one more once-over before shipping.

"Nice mix of brands I already trust"
I wasn’t expecting to recognize as many brands as I did, but they had a solid mix. I was checking during nap time with coffee that had already gone cold, and I kept seeing names I actually search for, like Nuna, UPPAbaby, BabyBjorn, and Primary, instead of a bunch of random stuff I’d have to look up first.
It made comparing used kid gear a lot less annoying because I didn’t have to bounce between a bunch of different sites and tabs. The fact that the brands were easy to find is probably the main reason I’d come back again.
